Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose a plan and enter payment details. Your data is never deleted — if you don't subscribe, your account is paused and you can reactivate any time within 30 days.
Do you charge per seat on top of the plan price?
No. Each plan has a flat monthly price that includes up to the stated number of seats. There are no per-seat fees within your plan limit.
Is Klooser GDPR compliant?
Yes. Klooser is built and hosted in the EU on Hetzner servers in Germany. All data stays in the EU and we never transfer it to US-based services.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — switch to annual billing and save 20%. Invoice billing is also available on the Growth plan.
